Rootie, thank you. I love fajita chicken, avocado and chihuahua cheese. Deep fry that and I bet I would be in heaven. I have to find a restaurant around here that makes that. Thank you for sharing. P.S. I had fried okra and green tomatoes, biscuits and fried chicken for supper tonight. Yum Yum.

an ahuacato is an avocado! What they do is to split it open, and put fajita chicken inside, then close it up, roll it in that white cheese of theirs, dip it in batter, and deep fry it. Yes indeed, deep fried avocado, and it’s mmm good.
